颱風外圍環流加上東北風增強,中部各地的風都很大,也造成不少災情,在苗栗,有騎士被風吹到重心不穩摔車,還有工地保全,被吹翻的鐵門砸中頭部,一間高中操場跑道地面,還被風吹到掀起來,路過學生差點被波及,彰化則是有大樓外牆的玻璃,疑似被風吹來的異物砸破,大量碎屑掉落,一名女員工在現場警戒維護時,被二次掉落的碎片砸傷頭部和腿部,還有郵差送信時被吹倒,攜帶的4千多塊代收貨款,也被吹走,在台中梧棲,行人被吹到無法過馬路,有人得靠著大柱子,才沒摔倒。

苗栗竹南台積電廠外,機車騎士被風吹的左搖右晃,行車路線不斷偏移,最後擦撞到分隔島摔車,也有女騎士被大風吹到重心不穩,整個人向前撲倒,臉部著地受傷。

一名工地保全,被強風吹翻的鐵門砸中頭部,倒在馬路上,緊急被送醫,受到颱風外圍環流和東北風增強影響,苗栗颳起強風,還有學校的操場地面,被吹到掀起來,差點波及到路過的學生,還有樹倒招牌掉落的災情不斷傳出,許多網友上網抱怨,有人說比上次的颱風更像颱風,有人說這種風很危險,應該要放假,民眾說:「比上一次還要大,這個風風力非常的強。」

彰化的風也很大,八卦山附近一棟大樓外牆玻璃,疑似被風吹來的異物砸破,一名女員工在現場維護警戒時,玻璃再次掉落,造成她頭部腳部都受傷,傷者家屬說:「有先掉一部分(碎片),第二次又掉下來。」

由於還有殘存的玻璃在外牆,被風吹的左搖右晃,擔心玻璃又砸傷人,警方趕緊封閉道路,請來工人維修,伸港的風一樣大,水溝水被吹得像海浪一樣,一名郵差送信時被吹倒,裝有4千多塊代收貨款的袋子,也被吹走趕緊報案。

要過馬路的行人,也被風吹的不斷倒退,民眾說:「就完全站不穩會覺得,小孩沒牽好會被吹走的那一種。」還有人站不穩,只能靠在醫院的柱子旁,警衛看到趕緊上前攙扶,還有老翁騎機車,被風吹到對向車道,卡在分隔島旁,路過員警趕緊上前幫忙,機車騎士說:「會被吹倒對,站著都會被吹倒的那一種。」、「應該有到放颱風假的標準了。」

風真的太大,騎士擔心被吹倒都不敢騎太快,大家都感受到,這兩天刮的風,簡直就跟颱風登陸一樣的劇烈。

    受到美國大選來到最後關頭、中東緊張局勢升級的影響,推升黃金的避險需求,促使國際黃金價格走強,今(18)日上午黃金現貨價格首度衝破2700美元(約新台幣8萬6500元)關卡,更創下每盎司2713.76美元(約新台幣8萬700元)新高。豈料,中國杭州一名20多歲的銀樓老闆小貝表示,半年前因看好金價漲勢,豪砸人民幣180多萬元(約新台幣824萬元)囤了3.6公斤的黃金,如今1克金飾價格漲至人民幣799元(約新台幣3657元),讓她現賺人民幣36萬元(約新台幣164萬元)。

    綜合陸媒報導,小貝表示,5年多前開了一家銀樓,當時金價每克才人民幣300元(約新台幣1350元)左右,之後金價就不斷上漲;今年3、4月時,她因看好金價漲勢,先後買了3公斤的黃金板料,同時也給女兒買了600多克的金條,總計花費人民幣180多萬元(約新台幣824萬元)。


    小貝直言,與現在的金價相比,她已大賺人民幣36萬元(約台幣164萬元),但目前她還不想賣掉,「我繼續看漲黃金,覺得金價可能會不斷震盪上行,等金價來到每克人民幣800元(約新台幣3661元)的時候,我才會考慮賣出一部分」,並強調「儘管金價中途會回調,但投資黃金應該看長線」。


    對此,浙商期貨研究中心宏觀高級分析師鄭弘指出,隨著聯準會降息,帶動美債實際利率的回調,從而刺激了黃金投資需求的回升,加上中東局勢持續緊張,刺激黃金避險需求的飆升,所以在投資和避險雙重因素影響下,近期黃金行情持續偏強,預計短期內美元降息和中東局勢均難以結束,黃金價格中樞可能會繼續上升。

    高雄苓雅區發生大規模無預警停電,一共有1127戶受影響,導致有名的自強夜市沿路的餐飲店家,生意受損,用餐時刻沒人來吃,連外送訂單也報銷,擔心需要冰起來的食材會壞掉,店家很抓狂,表示前一天,台電已經因為工程需要,上下午有兩次停電,沒想到隔不到一天,又沒電可用,台電表示,這次是分岐插頭故障,經過兩個多小時搶修後,全數復電。

    餐飲店明明有消費者上門,但店內卻不見照明,黑漆漆一片,原來是無預警停電,就連紅綠燈也停擺,今(18)日上午10點左右,高雄苓雅區,共有1127戶無電可用,用餐民眾說:「悶熱是多少都有啦,但是還可以忍受。」餐飲業者說:「這種天氣東西沒冰很容易壞掉,(問客人)看你們要不要外帶,如果你們不介意要內用的話,會比較熱這樣。」

    午餐時間尚未復店,不見內用人潮,還要憂心食材壞了,餐飲業者說:「冰箱開了之後等一下又斷電,然後會反覆這樣我們冰箱容易壞掉。」冰箱就像被封印一樣,不敢隨意開,而這麼一停,外送訂單也全報銷,餐飲業者說:「外送平日最多的一天,大概5張外送就都不能接了5、6張。」

    這回不像17日,還有事先發通知單,預告停電一事,純屬突發狀況,餐飲業者說:「(電費)漲價你應該本來就是要維修好給客人,造成店家每一間店的困擾,有些電器還會壞掉,這不應該吧。」

    第一時間台電人員獲報,前往搶修,初步了解是分歧插頭故障,台電高雄區處電務副處長林昶旭說:「尋找故障位置較耗時,在11點50分確認故障點後,完成隔離故障轉供,並在12點25分完成全數復電。」一路停了2個多小時熱的難受外,對餐飲業來說,還得承受損失壓力,難怪會讓人如此氣憤。

    綜合外媒報導,霍姆於2008年被診斷出罹患第3期大腸癌,治療期間2度因呼吸衰竭,在鬼門關前走一遭,並在重症病房待了整整11天,讓她感覺十分絕望,正當她以為情況不可能變得更糟時,她和丈夫竟接連失業,「我們完全沒有錢,債務卻不斷增加,我們別無選擇,只能賣掉房子,搬進一個小型移動房屋」,一家五口的生活頓時陷入巨大危機。

    霍姆透露,2014年8月,丈夫一時興起買了一張彩券試手氣,結果幸運中了大獎,起初他們以為獎金只有50英鎊(約新台幣2090萬元),後來仔細確認,驚覺獎金竟是100萬英鎊(約新台幣4180萬元),比預期的多出2倍,讓他們的生活開始有了轉機。

    霍姆分享,獲得獎金後,她開始積極嘗試不同的治療方法,如今抗癌成功,她選擇出版一本書,希望透過分享自己的經歷,鼓勵其他處在人生低谷的人重新振作起來,「一定要相信,即使在絕望的深處,也確實存在希望!」
